We offer a returns service for all goods returned in their original condition within 28 days of receipt of order. Standard online returns policy applies to all sale goods purchased online.

Returning an order
Please email us at contact@aylaswim.com with a refund or exchange request, clearly noting which you require and for what items within 28 days of the receipt of the order.  If returning the item please clearly state the reason. If exchanging the item please specify the new size you would like.

UK Returns
Returns are free of charge for UK customers.

Once we receive your return request we will send you an email with instructions and Royal Mail free returns label.  

Upon receipt of goods a refund will be issued to the card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to show in your account.

All items should be returned new, unused, and with the hygiene sticker and hang tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to the customer.

Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are not returned via Royal Mail.

International returns
International customers are responsible for the cost of returns. Please email us at contact@aylaswim.com to notify us of your return with the reason noted. Send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Please note that we may not accept liability for goods that are lost in transit so please ensure you track your parcels.

Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. We will not accept returns and provide refunds if a fault arises from fair wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage, negligence by you or a third party, abnormal or inappropriate storage or working conditions or maintenance, failure to operate or use the Products in accordance with the user instructions, misuse or alteration or repair of the Products by you or a third party that is not authorised by us or the manufacturer.
